With a 30-year career spanning qualitative analytics, investment banking, structured finance, and wealth management, my background is deeply rooted in technical execution, enterprise growth, and strategic capital deployment.
Over the course of my career, I have built and scaled businesses across corporate finance, investment management consultancy, venture building, MedTech, construction, and international business development — creating an interconnected ecosystem designed to accelerate innovation from concept to commercialisation.

Through these ventures, I have developed a portfolio of companies and investments that operate more like a modern private equity and venture-building platform than a traditional advisory group. My work today is centred around cross-border growth, venture creation, regulatory strategy, and enterprise value development, with a strong focus on MedTech, DeepTech, healthcare innovation, and emerging technologies. Through MedTech Makers Lab, I work alongside founders, universities, accelerators, family offices, and investors to help transform early-stage innovation into scalable, investment-ready businesses across the UK, Europe, and international markets.

I specialise in banking, lending, asset management, venture structuring, and growth strategy, combining institutional finance experience with hands-on operational execution.
My approach is direct, commercially focused, and execution-led — built around long-term enterprise growth rather than short-term advisory cycles. I operate with the mindset of an “invasive investor,” actively embedding into businesses to help shape product development, funding strategy, regulatory pathways, market expansion, and ultimately exit positioning.

Today, I lead multiple international initiatives focused on creating stronger innovation ecosystems between the UK and Europe, supporting inward investment, clinical research, and venture scaling. From launching pan-European MedTech programs to developing AI-driven regulatory and clinical assessment platforms, my focus remains the same: helping exceptional ideas move faster from research to revenue.
